INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive information about the project.
• Evaluate interior design and construction documents.
• Participate in project execution with subcontractors.
• Ensure construction progress.
• Generate regular reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Gender: Male - Age: 25-35.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction/Architecture/Forestry.
• Knowledge:
  • Understanding of construction, interior, and furniture.
  • Ability to read and implement construction techniques from drawings on-site.
• Skills:
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, BOQ.
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and other supporting software.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
• Qualities:
  • Ability to handle high work pressure.
  • Dynamic, creative, good logical thinking.
  • Careful and calm in problem-solving.
  • Honest, good professional ethics.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar position.
• Requirement: Willingness to travel as per company needs.
