Job Description

  • Organize, manage, and oversee the QS department.
  • Supervise and control construction quotation processes, ensuring the security of all price-related information and the company's profit policies.
  • Conduct estimation tasks, quantity take-offs based on drawings, and establish a subcontractor data system.
  • Monitor actual construction costs and quantities.
  • Evaluate the quality of subcontractors.

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Male/Female, Age: 32-40.
  • Graduated from University/College with a major in Civil and Industrial Construction, Construction Management, or Architecture.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge in the construction, interior, and woodworking industry.
  • Familiarity with current state standards, regulations, and norms in the construction field.

Skills

  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and other supporting software.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Qualities

  • Ability to handle high work pressure.
  • Dynamic, creative, and strong logical thinking.
  • Careful and composed in problem-solving.
  • Honest, with good professional ethics.
  • High sense of responsibility.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
