This globally renowned award is a seal of quality for outstanding design and design quality. It has been awarded by iF International Forum Design GmbH, one of the oldest independent design institutions in the world, for over 70 years.

The award was given in the discipline Interior Architecture, category Residential Interiors, and honors the innovative and outstanding design of Lam Giang Townhouse. This makes TD architects one of the best among the almost 11,000 submissions from 66 countries – an impressive achievement that underlines the highly competitive nature of this award.

With its creative solution to tackle the challenge of designing a west-facing home, heavily inspired by ‘Komorebi’ effect, Lam Giang Townhouse convinced the international jury of experts, which consists of 131 independent design professionals, prevailed against the high-caliber competition and deservedly received the coveted seal of approval.
