Sunset – The Inspiration behind transformation

The vibrant beauty of the sunset is the central inspiration behind ASA Bistro 2nd Floor, a dining space where TD architects breathed life through light and material. While the lower floor welcomes the day with freshness and vitality, the upper floor immerses guests in soft amber tones where light fades but emotions intensify.

TD architects aimed to craft a subtle yet striking contrast between the two floors: bright and energetic by day, romantic and seductive by night like two chapters of the same melody, allowing diners to choose the space that fits their mood and moment.

The design language: Storytelling through light and material

At ASA Bistro 2nd Floor, light takes center stage. TD architects recreated the ambiance of a sunset using warm lighting tones (2700K–3000K) - a palette that evokes relaxation, intimacy, and human connection. This lighting not only enhances the presentation of the dishes but also awakens deeply emotional sensations: peace, stillness, and warmth.

The space is adorned with textured walls, painted steel, artwork, and refined handcrafted details - elements that blend durability with aesthetics. TD architects skillfully reused existing features to optimize investment costs while preserving the harmony and narrative depth of the overall design language.

As the lighting shifts from orange to golden hues before fading completely into soft ambient tones, diners can sense the emotional transition from vibrance to tranquility.
