Pink Villa is the convergence of the beauty of sunrise over the deep blue ocean and sunset on the golden sandy shore

TD team developed the design concept based on the homeowner's personal preferences, creating a living space with a strong sense of individual style and aesthetic taste.

The villa emanates the spirit of the sea through a contemporary design, intertwining elements of both the classic and the modern. The color palette and materials of the interior furnishings harmonize seamlessly, creating an atmosphere of comfort and ease within this enchanting coastal haven.

The entire fitout of the family room is characterized with neutral color, featuring the sitting area with more cheerful and lively colors (colors of tree leaves, oceans, fresh lemons, etc.) and light pink rattan chairs that are ideal for cozy, chatty moments and quality time with family.

“The Bay" is named for the kid room and has been built around the idea of its very geographical feature. Naturally, the bay is a partly enclosed body of water, surrounded by land on three sides - bringing a sense of security and protection - what every parent would offer unconditionally, and always.

Soft materials, neutral tones with a large balcony not only provide the kid room with a spacious playground, but also protect it from direct sunlight. Like the bay, we got it all covered.
